Free standard shipping on all orders over €180 within the continental U.S.
A €9.95 flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders under €180, with the exception of in-warranty repair parts and repairs.
A €29.95 flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders to Non-Continential states and Canada.
Returns

- You have 30 calendar days to return Goods from the date you received them.
- Only Goods that have been purchased directly from joanmalory.com can be returned to Us. Bluu products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
