Free standard shipping on all orders over €180 within the continental U.S.
 

A €9.95 flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders under €180, with the exception of in-warranty repair parts and repairs.

A €29.95 flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders to Non-Continential states and Canada.

 

 

Time frames


USA including non-continental states: 1-3 Business days (via FedEx)

Orders placed after midday on a Friday, anytime on a Saturday, Sunday or on a federal or state holiday will be processed the next working day.
Note: Delivery times are estimated guides and exclude any courier delays.

Shipping Information + Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over US€180 in the continental U.S. (excluding non-continental U.S. states and Canada).  Otherwise, a US€9.95 flat rate shipping fee applies if orders are under US€180. An exception applies to in-warranty repair parts, where shipping is free and included within your warranty. See our warranty page for a further breakdown.

As Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada incur extra surcharges, a blanket US€29.95 is applied to all orders.
We do not offer expedited services at this time, though we are working on providing these options to our customers in the future.

Tracking Information + Courier Service

 
We will send you an email with your tracking number, once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre to let you know that it is on its way.
A signature may be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign or if you're happy for the courier to leave, please leave a detailed note at checkout with instructions.

We do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes.

Once your parcel has been picked up by our courier provider, Joanmalory is no longer liable or responsible for any delays or lost/damaged items. If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left (if you haven't otherwise stated to leave) and your parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot for you to collect. In the scenario you have any issues with your delivery please contact the courier company to lodge a claim.
